Villa Georgia is a unique place to spend your holidays. 2 km only away from the picturesque town of Agios Nikolaos famous for the bottomless lake. Situated on a hill away from the traffic and noise gives you the luxury  for a peaceful time but at the same time having the view of the whole city. The swimming pool is private and among palm tress and there is a smaller one adjusted for younger children. 

INTERIOR
Villa Georgia is around 200 square meters with two large balconies and spacious parking for yourself and your friends. There is an annex apartment adjusted to the main house which can accommodate a couple. The villa can accommodate in total 8 people.
Specifically the main villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms and two bathrooms, one of them having a Jacuzzi. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment that you might need as well as:
• Toster
• Boiler
• Dishwasher

There is air-conditioning in all rooms that makes the place cool during the hot days of summer. Moreover, the air-conditioning works also during the winter and there is as well a fireplace with ready chopped wood for the atmospheric cold nights of winter.   

ANNEX APARTMENT
The annex apartment has one bedroom, a spacious bathroom, a combined kitchen with a living room and a hall. 
HOW TO REACH US
You find VILLA GEORGIA 68 km away from the airport of Heraklion and 2.5 km from Aghios Nikolaos following the road to Elounda.When you reach the crossroad from the highway take the turn taking you to Elounda. Follow the road and one km away you see a small road on a hill at your left with the sign Κatsikia. Go all the way up and when you reach the hill there is a smaller road at your left again going down and reaching two identical houses. Villa Georgia is there and the house next door belongs to the owner which will help you with information during your holidays.

Villa Georgia is in cooperation with Ηavania apartments and therefore can provide a lot of summer activities such as water skiing, jet ski, banana boat and diving.
